Payroll Division

    The Hays County Payroll Division manages time and attendance, payroll changes, as well as calculates and processes all salary related payments to Hays County Employees and Election Workers. This includes calculating total wage earnings, determining and withholding deductions, and tracking hours worked and updating accrued leave balances.
