    In March 2023, Stephanie Robinson assumed the role of Director at the Hays County Combined Communications Center (CECC), where she spearhead the coordination and integration of cutting-edge technology across all public safety agencies in Hays County. With a respected career spanning over a decade in law enforcement records and technology, Stephanie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront of public safety innovation. 


    Stephanie's journey into the realm of public safety began at the Kyle Police Department in 2009, where she initially served as a records specialist. Over the years, her dedication and proficiency led to a steady climb, culminating in the role as the records supervisor before departing in 2018. This tenure provided a solid foundation in the intricate details of law enforcement records management and laid the groundwork for subsequent contributions to the field. 


    In 2019, Stephanie joined the Hays County Sheriff's Office as the Record Programs Manager, a position that allowed her to delve deeper into the realm of technology implementation. Since then, Stephanie took on a leadership role, steering the ship through numerous technology implementation projects that enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of public safety operations. 


    One noteworthy accomplishment in Stephanie's portfolio is her integral involvement in the Hays County Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) project. As a key member of the project management team, Stephanie played a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of these critical systems, further cementing her reputation as a tech-savvy professional with a keen eye for project success.
